Question 1

Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just walk in?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are welcome — but booking ahead online or by phone guarantees your slot with your preferred stylist, especially at busier times.

Question 2

Is there parking near the salon?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's usually on-street parking on both sides of the road right outside, plus a multi-storey car park just behind the building.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card, contactless, and cash are all accepted in salon. Online bookings need a card for the deposit — you can pay the remaining balance however you like when you're in.

Question 4

Do I need a consultation before a colour appointment?

Accepted Answer

Every appointment begins with a consultation — we take time to understand your hair type, lifestyle, and what you're after before recommending the right treatment or style.

Question 5

What happens if I'm late or need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and your deposit is safe — refunded in full, or carried over if you reschedule. Within 24 hours of your appointment (including a no-show), the deposit is forfeited. See our Terms & Booking Policy page for full details.

Question 6

What hair products do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use and stock professional L'ANZA haircare products, chosen for quality and healthy-looking results.

Question 7

How do gift vouchers work?

Accepted Answer

Gift vouchers are redeemable against any service or product, valid for 12 months from purchase, and collected in salon — nothing is posted. They can't be exchanged for cash.

Question 8

Do you have a loyalty points scheme?

Accepted Answer

Yes — create a free account and you'll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, whether booking online or ordering from our shop. Once you've built up 100 points, that's worth £5 off, and you can apply your points straight away at checkout, or ask us in salon.
